Based on my experience I will point out the importance of organizational structures and personal relationships in change processes and build up a hypothesis on how values help to overcome resistance and get yourself into the change process.
It seems like there are never enough agile coaches to fulfill all the demands at idealo. Some people therefore started discussion about the “right” allocation of “human resources”, i.e. agile coaches, within the organization. Unexpectedly this triggered a meaningful organizational change. Amazing.
